I mean really what is there to say? I get to live in Chicago and eat these brownies.
These brownies one up other marble-like brownies because they have fresh raspberries on top and pureed raspberries in the actual batter. I used this recipe from Bakers Royale which I’m not even going to sell you on the title speaks for itself. The only difference is I used dark chocolate cocoa and my bake time was about five minutes longer.
Basically you make the brownie batter and the cheesecake batter then assemble.
Put 3/4th of the brownie batter on the bottom of a parchment lines pan, spread the cheesecake batter on top, dot the top with the rest of the brownie batter and swirl with a rubber spatula. Don’t over swirl or you will have a slightly pink/ugly brownie situation.
Next dot with fresh raspberries, bake and promptly bring to girls night.
oh WOW. WOWWWW. thank you for sharing!!! 😀
the brownies are just so yummy, I love the way it looks, so simple and gorgeous 😉
